The program includes a pregnancy safe warmup and aerobics, muscle conditioning, strengthening work specific to birth, pregnancy safe Pilates, yoga, and stretching. Emphasis is placed on proper posture, lower back and joint safety, pelvic stability, and relieving many common physical discomforts of pregnancy. You may be happily surprised that you're in even better shape after your pregnancy than you were before.

Emphasis is placed on proper posture, lower back and joint safety, pelvic stability, and restrengthening many common post-birth discomforts or injuries.
